Daisy Gill Live @ Philharmonic Music Room

Following on from the success of last year’s Celebration of Life, Thomas Lang and Jennifer John, both established musicians from Liverpool and both patrons of Merseyside’s HIV charity Sahir House, bring together an eclectic mix of Liverpool musicians for Celebration of Life 2017 to raise awareness of World AIDS Day, National HIV testing week and much needed funds for Sahir House.

Celebration of Life 2017 will be hosted by Gerry Potter and headlined by Brian Kennedy, who will be joined on stage by Sense of Sound singers to perform a collection of his songs. Support comes from 19 year old country/blues singer-songwriter Daisy Gill.

The Music for Youth Proms concerts are a celebration of the entire Music for Youth annual season, showcasing high quality performances from some of the UK’s most creative, innovative and energetic young musicians. 

The spectacular finale to the year of Music for Youth events, each night 1000 different young musicians take part in a concert like no other: full-scale orchestras showcased side by side with some of the best jazz bands, chamber groups, rock bands and choirs from across the UK. Truly a not-to-be-missed occasion!

The Music for Youth Proms 2017 will take place Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th November.
